Finance Minister Patrick Chinamasa
FINANCE and Economic Development Minister Patrick Chinamasa on Monday announced a new board of directors for the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The board will be headed by Caroline Sandura while other members include chief executive officer of the ZSE Alban Chirume who is an ex-officio member.
Other members include Bartholomew Mswaka, Benson Gasura, Markus De Klerk (legal), Daniel Muchemwa and Kholisani Moyo.
Chinamasa immediately tasked the new ZSE board to reduce trading costs on the local bourse and to identify a strategic partner.
